Please go to the website www.ucity67.com and see if you know how to find any of the missing classmates. Additionally the committee would like everyone who is going to attend the reunion to register with Phil Brooks no later than July 1st. All the necessary information should be at the site. Thank you.

Latest Info On Reunion
Hello U. City Class of ’67 Alums!
We are excited to share our progress on the upcoming 40th Reunion.
Dates for the event are: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 10-11-12, 2007. Preliminary plans are a casual mixer on Friday night at Blueberry Hill’s Elvis Room, dinner and dancing Saturday night at a local hotel, brunch and tour of the high school on Sunday (similar to what we did at the 30th). Details will be posted on the website once they are firm.
And that leads me to tell you that thanks to Bob Cooper, we have a website: www.ucity67.com where you can enter your current personal information and register for the events – we’re still working on some information on our side but please visit the site and at least get your contact info to us. Bob has put in a lot of hours on this and we are extremely grateful to him.
Also, please share this info with other alums you think may be interested. We will be doing a postcard mailing, but if we can get as many people’s email addresses on the website, that would be ideal, so please direct others to the site.
Stay tuned – this will be a great weekend and we hope you can all make it and reconnect.
Thank you.
Peg Hobbs Sausville
P.S. Feel free to respond to me with any email addresses or contact info you know of for other alums.

More Good News!
Here is another e-mail I received today:
Dear Reunion Committee Members:
Tonight, Wednesday, January 10th, was our first meeting to kick off the Class of ’67 40th H.S. Reunion.
Thanks to Larry and Elaine Iken for graciously offering their home up and providing refreshments.
Thanks to Sam Kelner, Sidney Hirsch, Jackie Goldman Kofsky, Sue Ellen Lieberman Maneson, Beverly Bernstein Rolnick, Sue Lerner Wallach, Mike Brenner and Gene Cohen for attending. We had some fun talking about good old times and making plans for good new times.
We have decided to hold our event over a three day period. The first choice is Friday-Saturday-Sunday on August 10, 11, 12. Our second choice is Friday-Saturday-Sunday, August 3,4,5.
The committee for Friday night planning is: Sidney, Beverly, Sue Ellen, Gene and Sue.
The Saturday night committee is: Larry, Peg, Jackie and Stuart Hoffman (he doesn’t know it yet).
Sunday’s planning committee is: Sam, Mike, Larry Glazer, Jerry Musen and Margie Lazarus (Sam and Mike volunteered Larry, Jerry and Margie).
Some ideas we have are to try and hold our Friday night event in U. City, either at the Pageant or Blueberry Hill – and it will be a mixer. Saturday night will be the big event with dinner and music and we have kicked around a few places – hotels, country clubs, a SLU facility (via Sam). Sunday will be a casual affair.
We are trying to get our hands on the Senior Movie –if anyone knows anything about this, please contact Larry Iken (498-5801- cell) or me.
Mike Brenner suggested we get up on Classmates.com and Larry and I will investigate this. We will also contact Michelle Gralnick, President of the UCHSAlumni Association, who has offered to be a resource during this process.
Our next general meeting will be held at Larry Iken’s house again on Wednesday, January 31st at 7:30 p.m.
If you were unable to attend tonight’s meeting and want to become involved, please either respond to this email or call me at 314-518-1808 (cell).
Thanks again to all who attended and we look forward to seeing more at the next meeting.

Will Their Be A 40 Year Reunion?
Well its 2007, 40 years since we graduated and I don't think that anyone is planning a 40 year reunion. I thought that if we could find graduates through this blog and start some dialogue, maybe some of you who live in St. Louis will work on organizing an event. It will be a shame if the year passes without a reunion. So please e-mail the link to this blog to everyone you know from the class of 1967 and lets see what happens. Good luck and certainly post your comments on this blog. Thank you. Steven Snyder, class of 67.
